Studio

Kalda Arhitektid was founded in 2014 by Marten Kalda and Liisa Org. The practice works from a converted warehouse in Kalamaja.

Our work is driven by climate, material and daylight. We prefer cross-laminated timber, local stone and lime plaster, and we stay involved through construction on every project.

Recent recognition includes the Estonian Wood Award (2024) and a shortlist for the Estonian Cultural Endowment architecture prize (2025).
